Total Wine & More required multi-location technology upgrades across several cities. The original project schedule involved multiple travel cycles per city, creating higher travel costs and inefficiencies.
Our Approach
In the first phase, technicians traveled to a city, performed two upgrades, and returned home before repeating the cycle for the next stores. After assessing the inefficiency, Phoenix Geeks revised the calendar to allow all upgrades in a city to be completed during one trip. This streamlined both logistics and resource management.
Results & Impact
The revised approach eliminated one full round of travel per city, cutting overall travel costs by about 33%. The project stayed on schedule, reduced expenses, and highlighted Phoenix Geeks’ ability to deliver creative, cost-saving solutions without compromising quality.
