Phoenix Geeks was selected to execute a $2 million pilot upgrade for a Chase Bank branch, focused on redefining the customer experience through immersive technology. The project involved building both physical and virtual meeting spaces to support VR-enabled home tours, giving clients a cutting-edge way to explore properties directly from the branch.

Our team designed and deployed the infrastructure to support VR experiences, including secure networking, high-performance computing systems, and purpose-built meeting spaces. The upgrade combined physical remodel work with advanced digital integration, ensuring that the new VR environment met Chase’s strict technical and security standards.

This pilot project positioned Chase as an innovator in blending traditional banking services with experiential technology. By integrating VR into their client engagement model, Chase expanded their ability to serve customers in new, dynamic ways, enhancing their competitive edge in financial services and real estate.
