Our team successfully completed a multi-state technology upgrade project for Jiffy Lube, covering every store in Arizona as well as select locations in New Mexico, New York, Louisiana, and Maryland. The scope of work included onsite replacement and configuration of computer systems, ensuring each location was upgraded to the latest operating system with minimal disruption to business operations.
In addition to workstation upgrades, we deployed new printers at each store and conducted thorough assessments of network infrastructure. Where necessary, our technicians mitigated and corrected cabling issues to restore reliability and optimize performance across the network. This proactive approach ensured that every site met modern operational standards and improved both speed and stability for store employees.
The project was executed over a two-month period, with crews working six days per week to meet the timeline. Through careful coordination and standardized processes, we delivered consistent, high-quality results across all regions, strengthening Jiffy Lube’s technology foundation and positioning their stores for greater efficiency moving forward.
