How To Check Your Voicemail

Article

How to check your voicemails:

Voicemails are sent to the user's email address as a .wav file, so it can be double clicked to be listened to.

The user can also dial the VM extension 99, 999 or 9999 and enter the pin provided in your welcome email.  From there, they can listen to their vm's, and delete them and such.  They also can record a new VM message that way.

The user can also visit your web client page found in your welcome email.

They log in to that using their credentials that were emailed to them.  I can resend the welcome email if needed.

If you need a welcome email resent to you, please fill out the support form found here.  Be sure to tell us your company name, and extension number.
