On a "Not To Exceed" basis, we'll offer you a price for your project. That means that whatever we say is the absolute most you will pay, as long as the scope of work is not changed.

The only caveat to this is when we give a Time and Materials quote.

Our Time & Materials quotes provide our best estimate of costs, but because of variables, we can't include that in our "Not To Exceed" quote policy.
