Le Pain Quotidien (LPQ) is an international chain of bakery-restaurants known for its range of baked goods, bread, salads, sandwiches, beverages, and tartines. With its origins in Belgium, LPQ now operates over 260 locations worldwide in countries such as the United States, United Kingdom, France, and India, among others. The cuisine offered by LPQ includes Café and European options, with a special emphasis on vegetarian-friendly, gluten-free, and vegan choices.

Le Pain Quotidien (LPQ), a renowned bakery-restaurant chain with a global presence, made a strategic move by selecting Toast POS for their nationwide system. This decision was complemented by their choice of Phoenix Geeks for the installation process. The collaborative effort involved Phoenix Geeks' team of Traveling Techs, who worked closely with LPQ's IT staff. This project spanned across various key locations, including Manhattan, Los Angeles, Miami, Washington D.C. and Chicago.

The implementation was impressively efficient. Within a span of just six weeks, Phoenix Geeks' team successfully installed the Toast terminals in all designated LPQ locations. Their approach was tactful and non-disruptive; installations were carried out after the closing hours of LPQ, ensuring minimal impact on the restaurant's daily operations. Furthermore, the team demonstrated their commitment to a seamless transition by returning the following mornings to provide comprehensive training and support during the go-live phase.

This project highlights not only the technical proficiency and operational efficiency of Phoenix Geeks but also their ability to work in concert with a client's internal team. The rapid and effective implementation of Toast POS across multiple LPQ locations is a testament to their expertise and dedication to client satisfaction.
